The Wanted forced to face a wall while Britney passed

The Wanted have reveled some back stage gossip from their Britney tour, claiming they were forced to face a wall while Britney Spears passed.

The boys revealed their experience opening for Spears during her Manchester concert last year, confessing that they were not allowed to look at the ‘Toxic’ singer when she exited her dressing room.

“We signed a confidentiality thing that we should never say anything about what happened, but let’s tell it anyway,” Wanted member Tom Parker revealed during an interview on New York radio station Fresh 102.7.

Siva Kaneswaran said: “I was in the hallway with my tour manager. Basically we were looking with a laptop, trying to get WiFi… facing the middle of the hallway. [Britney’s] bouncers came down with her and told us to face the wall.”

Parker continued: “As Miss Spears is walking through. We’re like, come on!”

“We turned around and I faced a wall for about 10 seconds until she got really far away,” Kaneswaran added.

The Wanted recently called Christina Aguilera a ‘bitch’, with Tom Parker saying: “She’s a total bitch! She might not be a bitch in real life but to us she was a bitch. She just sat there and didn’t speak to us.”

Tom has now admitted that it was inappropriate for them to publicly share their disapproval of Aguilera’s behaviour.

“We shouldn’t have said it, to be honest with you,” Parker told TMZ.

He added of the alleged snub: “We just think manners cost nothing, you know what I mean?”
