Nadine Coyle reveals Jason Bell is her baby daddy

Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle has revealed that her ex-fiance Jason Bell is the father of her unborn baby.

The singer has spoken of her shock at finding she was pregnant, saying she was the least likely of her bandmates to have a baby first.

The 28-year-old revealed she was pregnant in the summer but did not say who the father was leading to speculation about his identity.

Now the secret is out, after Nadine told Hello! magazine she was back with her ex-fiance Jason Bell, a former American football player, and he is the father.

The star, who is five months pregnant, said: “I think we just forgot to tell everyone we were together.

“When I said I was pregnant I thought, ‘Why’s everyone wondering who it is? Then I remembered, ‘Oh yes, that’s right. I do stuff on TV and people are confused. So this clears it up!”

“I think I was the least likely to be the first to have a baby, It would always come up,” she said.

“A couple of the other girls had wanted babies for a long time but I said no way… It was definitely a shock, but I was really, really happy.”

“I’ve never felt excitement like this in my whole life. Knowing we’re having a baby takes it to another level,” said former the footballer.

Nadine and Jason started dating in 2008 and announced their engagement in September 2010. However, by June 2011, they had separated with Nadine insisting they were “great friends”.
