will.i.am kicked out of airport VIP lounge

will.i.am has hit out at United Airlines for kicking him out of their first class waiting lounge.

The rapper and producer tweeted that the airline accused him of having a fake VIP card.

Calling the company “the worst”, he said: “I’m a member and I have my card to prove it. But they tell me my card is fake and kick me out the lounge #ouch.”

“Ha ha ha, I got kick(ed) out the club … #unitedclubsucks,” he added.

“I fly so much… a business should know who [its] customers are.”

will.i.am later claimed that the pilot of his flight asked for a photograph with him.

“I get kicked out of the @united lounge because they say I’m not a member… oh well… and then the @united pilot asks me to take a selfie,” he said.

The airline said in a statement: “We are reaching out to the customer and appreciate his business.”
