Yaya Toure shows interest in Paris Saint-Germain
Yaya Toure has admitted it would be “an honour” to play for Paris Saint-Germain, adding to the speculation that he’s ready to leave Manchester City.
Last week Toure and his agent put City fans on edge after confirming reports from his advisor that he was unhappy with how the club chose to celebrate his birthday and revealing he would speak about his future after this summer’s World Cup.
But it seems we may not have to wait that long to discover where Toure wants to be playing his football next season, after he admitted a desire to be part of the ever-improving set-up at PSG.
“Given the objectives of Paris, how could I not to be interested in a club like that?” he told France Football.
“PSG has become one of the powerhouses in Europe. It would be an honour to be a part of such a club one day. If I can be of service.”
