Tulisa Contostavlos returns to X Factor?

Tulisa Contostavlos will make a return to X Factor this year when she will reportedly sit next to Louis Walsh as his guest mentor at judge’s houses.

Contostavlos was spotted on a beach in Bermuda, reportedly filming for the judges’ houses segment for the new series of The X Factor yesterday.

It’s recently been rumoured that the former ITV talent show judge – who was replaced on the panel by Sharon Osbourne in 2013 – would be returning as Louis Walsh’s guest mentor.

Walsh is believed to be currently shooting the Judges’ Houses stage of the competition in the Somers Isles, and Contostavlos was seen sporting a white bikini while being instructed by a film crew.

“She’s rough around the edges but she’s a good girl. I like her. I definitely would have her at Judges’ Houses. She’ll bounce back.,” said Walsh.

Earlier this year, firstly after she was accused of brokering a deal to supply Class A drugs to an undercover reporter – allegations she has always denied. 

The drugs trial recently collapsed due to the trial judge’s belief of “serious misconduct” on the part of the aforementioned tabloid journalist Mazher Mahmood, a key witness for the prosecution.

The singer was recently found guilty of assault, a verdict she has since confirmed that she plans to appeal against.

Tulisa mentored last year’s X Factor winning act Little Mix.

The X Factor will return on Saturday, August 30 with Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini making their comeback to the panel, alongside Walsh and new judge Mel B.
