Kanye West to headline Glastonbury Festival 2015

Kanye West will be headline Saturday night at this year’s Glastonbury Festival.

Festival organiser Emily Eavis announced on Twitter that the ‘All Day’ rapper will perform on the Pyramid stage on Saturday, June 27.

“We are thrilled to let you know we have the one and only Kanye West headlining Saturday night on the Pyramid stage,” Eavis tweeted.

The announcement comes on the heels of West releasing several new tracks since the New Year, including the Sir Paul McCartney collaboration ‘Only One’.

Foo Fighters were announced earlier this year as headliners for the Pyramid stage on Friday (June 26), while Lionel Richie has a slot during the day on Sunday (June 28).
