Glastonbury announce 70 acts
Glastonbury have announced 70 new acts who will play at this years festival.
Pharrell Williams, Florence + the Machine, alt-J and Paloma Faith are among the acts who have been confirmed to play the festival in June.
Following on from the announcement that Kanye West will headline on June 27, over 70 acts were revealed on the festival’s official social media accounts.
West and fellow headliner Foo Fighters appear at the top-middle of the announcement poster, with ‘special guests’ listed third, seemingly representing the unconfirmed final headline act.
The Vaccines, Mary J Blige, George Ezra, La Roux, Wolf Alice, Clean Bandit, Jungle, Jamie xx, Azealia Banks, FKA twigs and The Chemical Brothers are among the new performers listed.
Foo Fighters will play the Pyramid Stage on June 26, while Blur have confirmed that they are not the third headliner.
