Calvin Harris turned down Taylor Swift collaboration
Calvin Harris has ruled out collaborating with Taylor Swift.
According to reports, the Scottish DJ politely declined his label’s idea for him to team up with his girlfriend for his next single.
Harris’s team are reportedly eager for him to get a big US female star on his next release, but he told them he didn’t want to mix business and pleasure after the hassle caused by teaming up with ex-flame Rita Ora back in 2014.
Rita’s number one single ‘I Will Never Let You Down’ was produced by Calvin but he refused her permission to perform the track on TV after they acrimoniously split shortly after its release.
Although he isn’t keen on collaborating with Taylor, Calvin is said to be in discussions with Beyoncé instead, according to The Sun.
