‘Call of Duty: Elite’ Compete and Improve features
Activision has released two new trailers highlighting the Compete and Improve features of Call of Duty: Elite.
The Compete feature allows users to enter operations and events – contests that can offer Call of Duty: Elite profile badges and real-world prizes. Operations will be skill-oriented, revolving around specific stats or game modes, while events will be based around playing creatively.
The Improve feature will provide detailed descriptions of all weapons, equipment, perks, killstreaks, maps and game modes in Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.
Weapon details will show how each attachment affects performance with tutorial videos, and maps will show new routes to reach objectives.
Call of Duty: Elite is currently in beta on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Call of Duty: Elite will be available in full with the launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on November 8 worldwide.
