Review of Saturday’s NBA action
Jeremy Lin scored 19 points as the New York Knicks beat the Indiana Pacers 102-88 for their third straight win under interim coach Mike Woodson.
Lin led a balanced Knicks attack as their resurgence under Woodson, who took over following the departure of Mike D’Antoni, continued.
Roy Hibbert led all scorers with 24 points, as well as 12 rebounds, for the Pacers.
The Chicago Bulls overcame a 14-point deficit to beat the Philadelphia 76ers 89-80.
The Bulls were again without the injured Derrick Rose, but got 20 points from CJ Watson.
Derrick Favors scored a career-high 23 points as the Utah Jazz beat the Golden State Warriors 99-92 in overtime.
Favors pulled down 17 rebounds, also a personal best, as he made sure the Jazz did not miss Al Jefferson, who was absent for personal reasons.
Dirk Nowitzki starred with 27 points for the Dallas Mavericks in their 106-99 win over the San Antonio Spurs.
Danilo Gallinari scored 20 points in the Denver Nuggets’ 98-91 win over the Boston Celtics, while Chris Paul’s 23 points helped the Los Angeles Clippers to a 95-91 victory over the Houston Rockets.
The New Orleans Hornets saw off the New Jersey Nets 102-94 and the Charlotte Bobcats beat theToronto Raptors 107-103.
