Kim Kardashian on flour bomber bully
Kim Kardashian has labelled the girl who flour-bombed her a “bully”.
The reality television star and model, who had flour thrown at her by an unnamed female during her perfume launch last night, said she finds it “sad” that the woman had to resort to ‘violence’.
Kardashian told TMZ: “Last night was definitely eventful. What was sad [was that] we were supporting Dress for Success, an organisation that helps women get jobs. All these women that came out to support, I didn’t want their organisation to be overshadowed by this.
“It was crazy but I tried to laugh it off – I dusted off my jacket, used a blow drier to get the powder out of my hair, my mum and I got it together and I went right back – I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time when all these people had come to support… the show must go on I guess.”
Kardashian described the incident as “violent” and “illegal”, adding: “That’s not okay and that’s bullying and I don’t promote that but I just had to laugh it off.”
She did, however, reveal that she has decided not to prosecute the individual, quipping: “Don’t I have one too many lawsuits going on right now? You think I really need to add another one?”
Animal rights group PETA has denied responsibility for the flour-bombing, although Kardashian insisted that she doesn’t “sell fur” in her clothing stores and claimed that what she chooses to wear in her own time is her “personal choice”.
She added: “Whatever your beliefs are – if you’re trying to promote non-violence towards animals, then why are you being violent towards humans? I think there are other ways around it.”
