Angus T. Jones won’t be a regular on 11th season of Two and a Half Men

Two and a Half Men will be returning for an 11th season, however not all of the men will be returning.

CBS has announced that while Ashton Kutcher and Jon Cryer have both signed on for another one-year contract, Angus T. Jones, has yet to agree his position.

The 19-year-old, who plays the role of Jake in the show, is reportedly in talks with Warner Brothers about a possible recurring role, but a full-time position is not in the cards for the teen.

The cast change comes after the teen called the show “filth” and asked viewers to “please stop watching.”

In a series of interviews in November, the actor continually attacked the show that’s given him fame and supplied his lifestyle.

The teen has been on the show since it first aired in 2003

He eventually issued an apology, saying he was sorry for “showing indifference and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed.”

CBS entertainment chief Nina Tassler announced in January that the network still wanted Angus to continue his role on the popular series.

‘At the end of the day they want him back and he wants to come back, she said in January.

“He’s tabling next week and that’s it and we move on. We had a little bit of a glitch, but what else is new?”

However, the actor is now singing a different tune.

A source told Us Weekly that Angus instead wants to focus on music.

“‘They tried really hard to keep him, but he was just done done,” the source said.

He has been acting in the show since 2003, when he was just 10 years old.
