Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway set off on 2014 arena tour
Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway will set off on a national arena tour next summer.
Takeaway On Tour Live will visit 12 UK arenas after the 11th series of the long-running entertainment show begins on ITV.
“Takeaway is the one show that people always tell us they’d love to be in the audience for, so we’ve decided to take the show to them,” said Ant & Dec.
“Just like the TV show, the audience will have a chance of winning some fantastic prizes as well as being an essential part of the show.
“It’s been an ambition of ours for a long time to go on tour, and we can’t wait to hit the road!”
The tour will be a co-production between James Grant Live/Ant & Dec and ITV Studios. Kim Gavin – who was Artistic Director on the Olympic and Paralympic Closing ceremonies – will fulfil the same role on the Takeaway tour.
Tickets go on sale for the tour – which promises special guests, amazing prizes and surprises for the audience – on Friday November 8 at 9am.
