Anyone for tea: Emmy fever hits the Brits at BAFTA LA TV Tea

It was a British affair on the carpet of the ninth annual BAFTA LA TV Tea at the London Hotel in Los Angeles yesterday.

Michelle Dockery and Joanne Froggatt – who are both nominated for Downtown Abbey – went for a more conservative looks than is usually sported in the city of angels.

Michelle, 30, plays Lady Mary Crawley on the successful ITV costume drama and she told TV Line the honor was ‘an incredible feeling’.

Joanne , who plays the head housemaid Anna,  called the supporting actress nod ‘the biggest and best shock of my life.’
