BREAKING NEWS: Alvaro Negredo ruled out for months with fractured metatarsal
Manchester City striker Alvaro Negredo says he will be out for “a few months” after suffering a fractured metatarsal bone.
Negredo revealed the injury, to a fifth metatarsal, on his Instagram account and said he expected the coming months to be “very hard”.
The Spain international, who played 45 minutes as City beat hearts in a friendly on Saturday, did not say how he got the injury.
