Cuba Gooding Jr arrest warrant issued
Cuba Gooding Jr has reportedly had an arrest warrant issued against him after an altercation at a New Orleans bar in the early hours of yesterday (Tuesday) morning.
The Jerry Maguire actor was allegedly involved in an incident, where he is said to have shoved a female bartender against a wall.
The New Orleans Police Department have issued a misdemeanour battery warrant against Gooding Jr, after a complaint was raised at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street at around 2am local time.
A witness at the bar said that the star became upset when some other customers recognised him and began taking pictures, reports TMZ.
He was then said to have started swearing at the other people in the bar, before a female bartender asked him to leave.
However, the actor allegedly didn’t leave straight away, and shoved the bartender against a wall.
Cuba Gooding Jr is currently in New Orleans for his latest film The Butler, which also stars Oprah Winfrey.
