Dannii Minogue in talks for ITV return

Dannii Minogue has reportedly lined up meetings with ITV about a return to The X Factor next year, following rumours that Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole will be making a comeback.

Dannii is currently a judge alongside Ronan Keating on The X Factor Australia, which has seen a rise in ratings since her addition this series.

She will be back in the UK in the next few weeks to film an ITV special marking Boyzone’s 20th anniversary, which is when she is expected to discuss her options with channel bosses.

According to The Sun, ITV wants to recreate the popular X Factor panel of Minogue, Cowell, Cole and original judge Louis Walsh, who had previously announced his intentions to leave.

Current judges Sharon Osbourne and Gary Barlow have confirmed that they are quitting after this series, while Nicole Scherzinger is also thinking about leaving the ITV show.
