Ed Sheeran to play Wembley Stadium gig
The ‘Thinking Out Loud’ singer will bring his x tour to a close with a show at the stadium on Friday, July 10.
The one-off show will be Sheeran’s only UK date in 2015, and follows his recent sold-out tour, which included four nights at The O2 in London.
“I’ve made no secret recently of my ambition to play Wembley Stadium on my own in front of 80,000 people, so I am absolutely over the moon to be able to announce it’s going to happen next Summer,” said Ed.
“It’s going to be amazing, I just can’t wait.”
Tickets for Sheeran’s Wembley Stadium show will go on general sale on Friday, November 28 at 9am.
O2 customers will have the opportunity to access a special pre-sale on Wednesday, November 26 at 9am.
