Gary Barlow thanks fans for support following death of baby Poppy

Gary Barlow has thanked fans for their support following the loss of his daughter Poppy.

The Take That star released a statement on Monday (August 6) confirming that his fourth child with wife Dawn had been delivered stillborn two days earlier.

Members of the public and a host of celebrities, including the X Factorjudge’s bandmate Robbie Williams, offered their condolences following the tragic news.

Breaking his silence on Twitter, Barlow wrote this morning: “Your kind words and lovely messages are overwhelming. thank you.”
