Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has revealed his insane meal plan, in which he eats a massive 821 pounds of cod per year.
While you might think big muscles come from lifting big weights, you’d be amazed how much diet has to do with building and keeping that muscle mass, something Dwayne knows all about.
In between all those workouts and protein shakes, Dwayne eats an amazing ten pounds of food per day.
According to Muscle & Fitness, the 42-year-old eats seven meals a day, which typically includes several servings of cod, chicken, steak, rice, vegetables, fish oil, eggs and a whole lot more.
