Justin Timberlake to host Capital FM Summertime Ball
Get your suit and tie ready people, Justin Timberlake has just been named as host of the Capital FM’s Summertime Ball.
The 20/20 Experience musician will be guest host at the event on Sunday, June 9, introducing each of the acts on the day.
The lineup for the Capital FM Summertime Ball will be announced on air from tomorrow (Thursday, April 25).
Last year’s performers included Justin Bieber, Coldplay, Cheryl Cole and Usher.
The annual event, which takes place at Wembley Stadium, raises money for the radio station’s ‘Help a Capital Child’ initiative.
Pre-sale tickets for the Capital FM Summertime Ball are available now, with general sale beginning on Friday (April 26) at 8am.
Timberlake is scheduled to play the Wireless Festival at London’s Olympic Park this summer, and will also appear as joint headliner on the final night with Jay-Z.
