Khloe Kardashian files for second divorce to Lamar Odom

Khloe Kardashian has filed for divorce from Lamar Odom for a second time.

The Keeping up with the Kardasians star filed the legal documents on Thursday, seven months after calling a halt to proceedings after Lamar almost died.

As before, she cites ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for her petition seeking to formally end her marriage, according to documents. 

Khloe has enlisted the help of high profile divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who has just been hired by Johnny Depp for his divorce from Amber Heard. 

According to TMZ the split is amicable and that since there is a pre-nuptial agreement between the pair, the property settlement agreed the first time around is still in play. 

Khloe’s decision to file again comes just two weeks after Lamar, 36, was photogrpahed drinking cognac at a bar in a LA shopping center.

The couple will now have to wait the required six months in California before a judge can rule that the marriage is legally over.
