The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 31, stepped out to film scenes for her reality TV show, surprising fans by going for a ramble on Hampstead Heath, with best friend Jonathan Cheban.
After her morning stroll, in a pair of five-inch Christian Louboutin heels, Kim headed back to the five-star Athenaeum Hotel for a quick change into a tight LBD with a tulip-style skirt.
The plunging neckline and the tight fit of the dress emphasised her figure to perfection and she finished off the look with a pair of black his heels.
The reality star was with her sister’s boyfriend Scott Disick, her brother Rob and her best friend Jonathan Cheban for the outing, which was all caught on tape by her cameras.
