Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries could could agree to settle their divorce case in the next 24 hours.

The former couple have been entangled in a divorce case since their marriage ended after 72 days, with Kris claiming the marriage was a fraud on Kardashians part.

The pair will head into court tomorrow for a settlement conference and although Kris wants an annulment, TMZ are reporting he could be forced to accept a straight divorce as per Kim’s preference.

Humphries was previously demanding $7 million and an annulment from his ex-partner over marriage fraud claims, but he is said to be considering dropping the court case, according to TMZ.

Sources claim that due to an “ironclad prenup”, Humphries will likely not receive any money from Kardashian if a trial went ahead, while there is no hard evidence of fraud committed by the socialite.

Meanwhile, should he lose the trial, Humphries would owe millions in attorneys’ fees, on top of the $300,000 he already owes his lawyers.

One insider said: “Kris is opening his eyes a little bit, and what he sees doesn’t look good.”

The trial was previously expected to start on May 6.
