Klaxons announce new album and April tour dates

The Klaxons have announced their third studio album and plans to tour the UK next month.

The band will release Love Frequency in the UK on June 2 through Akashic Records.

Klaxons have worked with Tom Rowlands, Gorgon City, Erol Alkan and James Murphy on the collection, which serves as the follow-up to 2010’s Surfing the Void.

The group will precede the album release with their new single ‘There Is No Other Time’, which will be available to download from March 30.

It will be released as a double A-side with ‘Children of the Sun’.

What’s more, Klaxons will support their new album Love Frequency with a handful of live dates in April. Tickets for the shows go on sale from 10am on March 7.

April 1 – Glasgow, King Tut’s
April 2 – London, Oslo
April 3 – Manchester, Ruby Lounge
