Lamar Odom hopes to play in London Olympics

Lamar Odom has commenced a workout regimen in the hopes of joining the US Olympic team.

The basketball player was considered to be a long shot for Team USA. However, due to the injuries of Derrick Rose, Chauncy Billups and Dwight Howard, Odom could see the court in London, according to USA Today.

Meanwhile, his wife Khloe Kardashian has expressed an interest in heading to London for the summer.

“This summer we’re hoping to go to London and spend time with his kids,” she told People.

Kardashian recently insisted that she and Odom will never divorce, saying that she does not consider it to be an option.

The couple’s reality show Khloe & Lamar was put on hold after Kardashian and Odom decided that they needed a break to focus on Odom’s basketball career.

Kris Jenner confirmed to E News that Lamar would continue to be part of Keeping Up With The Kardashians but that the main focus had to be with his career.
