Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan are engaged, after the former TOWIE star popped the question on the beach during a romantic trip to Dubai.
The couple, who have been together since last December, have been smitten with each other since they met in Dubai.
Sources confirmed the happy news, revealling how the proposal came as quite a shock to Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan.
A source said: “It was a really big surprise for Michelle. Mark proposed to her on the beach during their holiday in Dubai.”
According to reports, Mark went all out for his girl, opting for a stunning five-carat diamond ring.
Mark is said to have decided to pop the question to Michelle in Dubai because the holiday destination holds special memories for the celebrity couple as it is where they first got together at a New Year’s Eve party last December.
