Michael Jackson’s will: ‘Much is yet to emerge’ says brother Jermaine
Jermaine Jackson has said that “much is yet to emerge” in the matter of his late brother’s will.
The Jackson 5 star and his siblings Janet, Rebbie, Tito and Randy this week called for the resignation of their brother’s estate executors, claiming in a letter that his will was fake.
“Re our letter to Estate: while fans only have limited info right now, we ask for patience because much is yet to emerge in this jigsaw,” Jermaine added today (July 19) on Twitter.
“This is a serious matter that has been weighed carefully, including taking into account Michael’s thoughts and feelings when he was alive.”
He then retweeted his brother Randy’s message from yesterday, stating: “We ask that everyone respects that this is a serious matter that will be handled by the proper authorities.”
Jermaine then addressed his niece Paris’s recent statements about his mother Katherine’s health.
“As Paris tonight clarified, she earlier rushed to end Twitter talk that Mother is ill TODAY, but Paris didn’t expose any ‘lie’,” he said.
“The truth is that Mother DID suffer a mini-stroke some months ago. She is fine now, but the timeline doesn’t alter the fact it happened.”
Michael died at the age of 50 on June 25, 2009 after being administered with a fatal dose of a surgical anaesthetic, leading to the conviction for involuntary manslaughter of his personal physician Conrad Murray.
