Kevin Durant led the Thunder with 28 points and 10 rebounds while Russell Westbrook contributed 24 points and nine assists.
Marco Belinelli scored 20 points and eight San Antonio players hit double figures as the Spurs ran out 120-110 winners over the Detroit Tigers.
Kawhi Leonard marked his return from a broken finger with 15 points for the Spurs, while Josh Smith scored 24 points to pace the Pistons in their third straight loss.
Taj Gibson had 21 points to lead the in-form Chicago Bulls to a 103-83 victory over the Golden State Warriors.
Jimmy Butler scored 16 points and Carlos Boozer added 15 points and 13 rebounds for the Bulls as they claimed their seventh win in eight games.
Dirk Nowitzki scored 18 points to help the Dallas Mavericks see off the New Orleans Pelicans 108-89.
Jerryd Bayless poured in 29 points as the Boston Celtics saw off the Atlanta Hawks 115-104.
The Utah Jazz beat the Phoenix Suns 109-86, the Memphis Grizzlies saw off the Los Angeles Lakers 108-103 and the Orlando Magic were 101-90 winners over the Philadelphia 76ers.
There were also wins for the Portland Trail Blazers and the Los Angeles Clippers.
