NBA: Thaddeus Young remains positive ahead of Manchester game

NBA players from Oklahoma Thunder and Philadelphia 76ers invited the media along to practice yesterday and DYRT were courtside to bring you all the gossip.

Ahead of the franchises first game in Manchester, the 76ers were put through their paces before facing the press.

Forward, Thaddeus Young remained defiant, insisting his team would continue to play hard and stay focused, despite their past troubles.

“We’re going to go out there and continue to play hard. “We’re definitely not going to tank. At least I don’t know that we’re going to tank.”

“As a team we feel like we can go out there and be competative and you know its going to be tough.

“We’re a young team and there’s a lot of great teams out there in the NBA but we’re not trying to tank.

“We’re trying to win as many games as possible to get back to the playoffs and have a successful season.”
