Nicki Minaj ruffles feathers at MTV EMA with f* bombs
Nicki Minaj was the hostess with the mostess at last night’s MTV EMA Awards in Glasgow…the mostess f* bombs.
Minaj, who is known for her controversial rap lyrics, kicked off the show as she meant to go on.
After arriving on stage in a spectacular ruffle hem dress, that featured a 14ft train, the Anaconda singer made her presence known.
“What the f*** is good Glasgow? It’s November and it’s the EMAs. Sit back, relax and get ready to turn the f*** up,” she told a packed out crowd at the Scottish Hydro Arena.
The unapologetic singer later said: “I’m sorry if I cursed, but I am Nicki Minaj.”
Despite the cursing throughout, fans seems to lap up the US rap artist and her amazing 8 costume changes.
Nicki also made sure to pay tribute to the host city, writing her own rap about Scotland that included the Proclaimers hit ‘I’m Gonna Be/500 miles’
