Olivier Award winners in full
The 2015 Laurence Olivier Award winner were announced last night.
The awards that see the very best in UK theatre honoured, were held at the Royal Opera House in London.
Angela Lansbury was awarded her first Olivier Award at age 89 for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in Blithe Spirit, while Kevin Spacey received the Outstanding Contribution to Theatre for his work as Artistic Director at The Old Vic theatre, where he will step down this summer.
He was joined on stage by Beverly Knight to perform ‘A Bridge Over Troubled Water’ to close this year’s awards.
