Reading and Leeds Festivals 2012 line-up

The Reading and Leeds Festivals 2012 lineup has been unveiled.

Robert Smith’s The Cure – who were previously tipped for the gig – have been confirmed as Main Stage headliners along with Foo Fighters and Kasabian.

The August event will also see Florence + the Machine, The Vaccines, Paramore, Enter Shikari, The Black Keys, Bombay Bicycle Club, At The Drive-In and You Me At Six play high-profile slots.

The Maccabees, The Cribs, The Horrors, Two Door Cinema Club, Metronomy, Bullet For My Valentine, Katy B, Justice and The Gaslight Anthem will also feature.

Last year’s Reading and Leeds Festivals were headlined by My Chemical Romance, Pulp, The Strokes and Muse.

Reading Festival takes place from August 24 to August 26 at Richfield Avenue while Leeds Festival takes place over the same dates at Bramham Park.
