Rihanna breaks down at Dublin gig
Rihanna broke down in tears while performing in Dublin last night.
The singer, who is currently on her AntiTour, stopped singing during ‘Love The Way You Lie’, wiping away tears and ushering her staff to stop the music.
Fans however rallied behind RiRi, cheering her on to continue singing, lending themselves as back up.
The ‘Work’ hitmaker’s concert initially got off to a rocky start as she turned up 30 minutes late for her concert at the city’s Aviva Stadium.
Shaking her head and wiping her eyes, Rihanna launched unsteadily back into the track, however tears quickly started streaming down her face.
Fans took to social media to question why the singer was so upset.
‘I love Rihanna so much I hope she’s okay I hope she’s eating right i hope she’s not crying anymore my lil soft petal’, one concerned fan tweeted.
‘@Rihanna was crying during LTWYL? aww poor baby. I think that she might have been overwhelmed of just sad,’ follower Desperado Robs added.
Another fan Titi tweeted: ‘Rihanna was crying, something must’ve happened before the show’.
But others suggested the songstress may have been crying tears of happiness due the support she had received from the Irish crowd.
