Rihanna mourns the loss of her curvy figure
Rihanna once had a bountiful booty, that was until she started dieting.
Now the Barbados-born singer has had to wave goodbye to her Caribbean curves thanks to her recent weight loss, which has continued despite the fact she’s no longer dieting.
The 23-year-old called into Ryan Seacrest’s show on Kiis FM in the States and ended up discussing her slimmer figure.
Rihanna revealed that she shed some pounds at the start of the year by adhering to Hollywood favourite, the Five Factor Diet.
But she revealed that she’s since strayed from the diet plan, but has continued to lose weight.
She told the radio host: ‘The Five Factor Diet has gone straight out the window ever since I went on tour. I mean, It’s difficult to have any kind of routine when your schedule is that crazy.
‘So I really have no idea how I’m continuously losing weight,” Rihanna admitted, acknowledging her thin frame.
‘It’s actually pretty annoying, because now I don’t have a butt, and I have no boobs. I already had no boobs to start with. So annoying! and I’m eating everything!’
The diet is the brainchild of personal trainer Harley Pasternak who created a simple nutrition plan based on ‘fives’.
It’s based on five meals per day, five days a week of exercise made up of five phases each five minutes long. Even each meal has five specific criteria and there are five cheat days allowed in five weeks.
Rihanna’s claims follow comments from her father, Ronald Fenty, who was quoted as saying that he thought his daughter looked “fat” the last time he saw her and that he’s glad she’s losing weight.
He told Heat magazine: ‘I actually thought she was a little fat the last time I saw her.
‘But when I saw her at this year’s Grammys, I thought she was back to her normal size. I used to joke with her, ‘Robyn you’re getting too fat.’
‘But I think she’s fine. I think she looked excellent, as everyone saw, at the Grammys. She’s dieting, she’s working out.’
