Rob Kardashian sued for alleged robbery and assault on photographer

Rob Kardashian has reportedly been sued for robbery and assault.

TMZ reports the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is being taken to court by photographer Andra Vaik, who accuses him of lashing out and stealing her camera equipment at a Los Angeles gym.

It was claimed last month that Kardashian was being investigated by police for allegedly stealing the paparazzo’s memory card from her camera after she took shirtless pictures of him.

Vaik’s lawyer said: “While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian’s violent behaviour and his use of force towards Ms Vaik was completely unjustified.”

However, Kardashian claims that the photographer was trespassing on private property in order to take the snaps, with witnesses suggesting she was waiting in a car in the garage as he was changing into his gym clothes.

He was recently involved in a messy break-up with Rita Ora, who later admitted she feared he had “ruined” her career.
