Justin Bieber was spotted heading into his luxury London hotel shirtless last night as he made a quick change before heading out to members only club, BLC, to celebrate his 19th birthday.

Justin was accompanied by his minders who helped him brave the freezing UK weather, shirtless and with his trousers hanging off his backside.
