SPOTTED: Simon Cowell and Stevi Ritchie on night out at Harvester

Simon Cowell and X Factor contestant Stevi Ritchie were spotted having a bite to eat at Harvester in London last night.

Stevi, who is in Simon’s category on the hit music show, enjoyed a night off from rehearsals with his X Factor mentor.

Viewers seen Stevi ask Simon to dinner on Saturday night’s show, however it would seem as the big date loomed, Stevi got a little bit nervous, tweeting: “Ok so I’m having a meal at Harvester with the boss man himself Mr Simon Cowell and I’m sooooo nervous xx.”

The pair were not joined by Cowell’s other acts Fleur East, Jay James and Ben Haenow.

After Simon mentioned Harvester on Saturday night, the restaurant chain tweeted Cowell to offer him a free starter or a sundae as a thanks for making their name trend.

According to The Sun, Simon loved the unlimited free salad bar when he visited the restaurant last night.

One Twitter user, Ourhai wrote: “So @SimonCowell is at my local Harvester with @THESTEVIRITCHIE. Casual Monday evening #amazing #xfactor”.

After leaving the The Royal Harvester in Boston Manor London, Cowell said on Twitter: “Thanks for dinner Stevi. Scampi and chips at the Harvester. Delicious.”
