Rumours have swirled for several days that the 26-year-old would be a late addition to the show, alongside outspoken former MP Edwina Currie, and our snaps seem to make it all but certain.

On Tuesday, the singer was seen being escorted through a hotel on Australia’s Gold Coast under the watchful eye of a chaperone, believed to be from ITV.

It is reported that the singer – who was the fifth act to be booted off the show during this year’s live shows – will join current celebrities including Melanie Sykes, Michael Buerk and Tinchy Stryder in the Australian jungle on Wednesday.
