The Wanted’s Max George insinuates 1D’s Louis Tomlinson is gay

The ongoing rivalry between The Wanted and One Direction has taken a new turn, with The Wanted’s Max George suggesting that One Direction star Louis Tomlinson is gay.

Appearing on Bravo’s late night show Watch What Happens Live with his bandmates, Max made the comment when host Andy Cohen asked which One Direction member would come out first.

Without hesitation, George replied: “Louis.”

This is not the first time the band has suggested that Tomlinson is gay.

In an online feud with the singer, The Wanted’s Tom Parker previously wrote: “I’ll enjoy the press even more when you come clean #narnia #itgetsbetter.”

The Watch What Happens Live interview also saw George claiming that he has had sex with the most fans and hinting that he has slept with a celebrity – aside from his reported relationship with Lindsay Lohan.

“I can’t say [who],” he said. George then coyly suggested that he has not slept with any other famous people, prompting Parker to tease him, calling him “liar”.

However, George did name Lohan his celebrity crush, saying: “If she’s watching from rehab, then it’ll cheer her up a little bit.”

When Cohen said that crush has been “fully realised”, George replied: “No. A little bit.”

Meanwhile, Jay McGuiness named Jennifer Lawrence his celebrity crush because she is “an all-round babe”, while Parker admitted to sleeping with a 52-year-old German woman who worked for the band’s record label.
