Tinie Tempah & Dizzee Rascal to record together
Tinie Tempah and Dizzee Rascal have reportedly been approached to record with New Order.
The band are preparing to re-release their 1990 football anthem ‘World In Motion’ as the official song for the England team during this summer’s Euro 2012 finals.
Tinie Tempah and Dizzee Rascal have allegedly been approached to re-record John Barnes’s infamous rap on the track.
A source told The Sun: “A couple of years ago New Order and the record label came within 24 hours of doing the song with Dizzee. It never happened but it’s different this year – New Order are back together and Dizzee’s free.
“Tinie’s been approached too, so Dizzee has some competition. There’s an idea to get them both on board – it could be massive.”
Dizzee Rascal previously teamed up with James Corden for ‘Shout’ in 2010 in support of the England football team who were competing in the World Cup finals in South Africa.
