Wimbledon: Marcus Willis to face Roger Federer
Marcus Willis continues his fairytale Wimbledon appearance with a second-round match against seven-time winner Roger Federer on Centre Court.
The Slough-born player, ranked at World No 772, has become an unlikely British hero after continuing his remarkable qualifying run with a first-round win over Ricardas Berankis.
His reward for this debut victory at Wimbledon will be a meeting with Federer in the third scheduled match on Centre Court.
Willis, who came through six rounds of qualifying to earn a place at the All England Club, told Sky Sports he is relishing the opportunity to share the big stage with the 17-time Grand Slam winner.
